Feng Shui For Love.

Are you looking to attract new relationships and new people into your life?

Are you looking to improve existing and established relationships? This may be the article you’re looking for.

Welcome to We Love Feng Shui.

We are here to help you within all aspects of your life – helping you to use and see the power that Feng Shui can bring.

If you’re new to Feng Shui, we recommend reading our “What Is Feng Shui?” article. Helping you to learn the basics.

Find Your Love Corner – Feng Shui For Love

To find your love corner, when you look at your floor-plan, the love corner is normally on the top-right corner.

Another way to find the area is as you walk through your front door or main entrance, the right-back corner of your home.

Your bedroom is also considered to be a part of the love area no matter it’s location on the floor plan of you home.

This is why we recommend working on both areas if you’re looking to attract love and enhance already established relationships.

Relaxation – Relationships, Love and Partnerships

The Love Corner and your bedroom are places of relaxation, peace and of course – romance.

Here, you only want to attract calm energy.

If there are any mirrors in your bedroom, if possible, remove them from the main bedroom area or have the mirrors facing away from the bed.

For any help with mirror placements and room layouts, please feel free to contact us.

No Flowers or Plants

It’s generally not recommended to have fresh flowers or plants within a bedroom, especially when you’re trying to attract love and change the energy and flow overall.

Your love corner and bedroom are places for calm energy.

Flowers and plants tend to release active energy.

You only want to bring in calm energy (yin) within this space. Sultry energy even.

Religious Icons

In your bedroom, you want to limit the use of pictures. They have a place, elsewhere within your home.

For religious icons, they can be placed within the bedroom – in specific areas.

Helping to promote a sense of calm for the individual. Look at the style and feel the energy they release.

No Television, Desk or Computer

It is well known within Feng Shui that televisions, desks, and computers should not be placed in the bedroom.

Always keep in your mind that your bedroom is a place for rest.

Relaxation.

Recharging your mind and body.

Peaceful energy.

In simple terms, your bedroom is your haven.

Place desks, TV’s and computers elsewhere.

If there is no way you can place a desk, TV or computer in another room or your space is very limited, ensure that all your paperwork, documentation, TV and computers are out of sight and ideally out of the room, before you sleep.

For help with placements and arrangements for small spaces, you can get in touch with us using the email at the bottom of this article – we can help.

Of course, the same applies for exercise equipment. Holding active energy, they disrupt the flow.

Pair Your Items – Feng Shui For Love

If you’re looking to attract love and new relationships into your life, you always need to think with intention.

Place most of your items, accessories and decor accents, in pairs.

A candle on each bedside cabinet-table.

Lamps also go in pairs. One on either side of the bed, on the bedside table to signal a balance between two sides.

Take things even further, in the bathroom for example, hang two towels intentionally.

Place most of your items, accessories and decor accessories in pairs.

For candles, the best colours are white, pink and red.

Declutter and Cleanse The Energy

You will be able to see that in most of our articles and within most of our tips and tricks, we recommend to declutter.

An essential in Feng Shui.

Tidy.

Organise.

Remove unwanted items. Anything broken needs to be removed or replaced.

Cleanse and remove negative or unwanted energy and see how your environment changes, positively.

Wardrobes. When you declutter your space, especially your wardrobes and drawers, make space within them – intentionally.

Why? By making space in your wardrobes and drawers, you’re making space for the love of your life or energising.

Colours To Use For Love In Feng Shui

The key colours for love are Light Pink, Hot Pink – or any other shade of Pink.

Think of pink pillows, furnishings, throws or accent items. Feeling bold? Choose pink wall paint or have an accent pink wall.

Complimenting colours are red and of course, white.

They combine with pink in a beautiful way (when styled correctly) and have a romantic energy connected to them.

Even a dash of pink will work. Think pink crystals and smaller elements placed and arranged correctly and intentionally.

Main Things To Consider – Feng Shui For Love

Here are two of the main things that you need to consider – essential.

You will also be able to see our blog, The Feng Shui Lounge for plenty of detailed articles.

Pairs. Incredibly important for your love corner and bedroom. Think two candles, two bedside tables, two wine glasses, two pillows, two towels in the bathroom – etc.

Declutter. Remove unwanted items and cleanse the negative energy. Any items you hold from a past relationship also need to be removed – especially anything unhappy.

Your environment is a place of harmony and where you feel safe, calm and at ease.
