Bookings and Products
All our bookings-consultations products have descriptions and information available. Please read through all the details, prior to any bookings or purchases and make sure you are happy.
Bookings and products are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to update and change any of the items and their descriptions, at any time.
Take the time to familiarise yourself with the details and our website, with every use.
We cannot be held responsible if you decide against this later and find you are not happy with the description or information provided.
The details are stated and available beforehand.
Payment Information
When booking a consultation or purchasing, you go through an online checkout process.
During the process, you have the opportunity and time to check details and correct any information, before proceeding to the payment.
It is ALL users responsibility to check details, before proceeding to the payment.
A booking-order confirmation is sent to the email address you have provided, when booking or placing an order. Within your confirmation, you will see the booking-product details.
Unfortunately, we are unable to add or change items once you have placed an order.

We May Refuse An Order or Booking If:
Authorisation of payment cannot be obtained.
If there is an error with the pricing or product description.
Where scheduled times are not available.
If there have been problems with your bookings or orders, in the past.
When aggressive, rude or any abusive language is used. This is something that we do not tolerate and will not accept this on our website or via social media.
Order and Booking Confirmations
Notifications and order or booking confirmations are sent once a consultation has been booked. The details are sent to the email address that you provide.
Please make sure that the email address is correct at the time of booking your consultation.

Pre Order Items
For pre-order items, we do request for things to be booked separately.
Consultation Pricing
Our consultation and booking pricing is available at all times. We reserve the right to change the pricing, at any time.
Cancellations and Refunds (If Applicable).
We value your custom. All our consultations and bookings are non-refundable.
The only circumstance in which a refund may be applicable is if we cannot attend a scheduled call or meeting and no other timing and options are available.
All our consultations and bookings are bespoke and due to this nature, are non-refundable.
Cancellations may only be accepted if an email is sent to info@welovefengshui.com within 1 hour of your booking however an admin fee will be charged.
Each decision is made on a case by case basis.
